Our chef Jacob changes the menu every two months so that he can respond to the different seasons.
In our ambiance De Zwarte Haan, uniquely situated at the foot of the Wadden Sea dike, surrounded by peace, quiet and space.
We work with Waddengoud, regional and fair trade products from the region and abroad. In addition to the ala carte menu, we always serve seasonal scoops & the menus below:

Vegetarian menu 3 to 6 courses
Vegetable menu 3 or 4 courses consisting of only vegetables
